The FTCD4313E3PCL is a 400G-FR4 Gen 3 QSFP-DD optical transceiver delivering 400 Gb/s Ethernet over single-mode fiber with 2 km reach. Based on 4×100G LAN-WDM channels at 1310 nm with EML transmitters, it meets the demands of next-generation AI networks, hyperscale data centers, and high-density 400G interconnect.
4×100G LAN-WDM (CWDM) architecture with EML transmitters delivers 400G Ethernet over just 2 km of single-mode fiber, optimized for data center spine-leaf and AI fabric interconnects.
Double-density QSFP-DD MSA compliant, backward-compatible with QSFP28 ports. High port density for 400G aggregation and switch uplinks.
Full DDM (Digital Diagnostic Monitoring) via I2C interface per QSFP28 MSA — real-time monitoring of temperature, voltage, TX/RX power, and laser bias current.
