The Apex 25G SFP28 BiDi module carries a 25 Gigabit link over a single strand of fiber. The transmitter runs at 1270nm and the receiver at 1330nm, so a working link uses two matched parts: one 1270nm TX / 1330nm RX unit and its partner at 1330nm TX / 1270nm RX.
25G is the lane rate inside 100G and the port speed on 5G fronthaul, top of rack and enterprise access equipment, and it is often installed where fiber is the scarce part, such as a fronthaul route from a baseband unit to a remote radio site or a duct with one spare strand. A BiDi link uses that strand for both directions and leaves the second fiber free for a future service.
Every unit is burnt in and tested for optical power, extinction ratio and error rate, supports DDM with live optical readings, and is coded for the platform you name. Reach options cover 10km, 20km and 40km over single mode fiber, and industrial temperature versions are available for outdoor cabinets and unheated shelters.

Carries the 25G fronthaul link between baseband and radio equipment over one strand, which suits routes where only a single fiber reaches the site.
Delivers 25G to a street cabinet, aggregation point or customer where the spare fiber count is limited and pulling more is not economic.
Upgrades a switch or server uplink to 25G on existing fiber, with industrial temperature versions for outdoor enclosures and plants.
25G BiDi modules are coded to the host platform you specify, including 25G switches, fronthaul equipment and routers, and are tested on live ports before shipment. Fronthaul links often add timing and latency requirements to the port, so we confirm the host role and the CPRI or Ethernet line rate at the same time as we quote the pair.
Each module transmits on one wavelength and receives on the other, 1270nm and 1330nm. Two identical units cannot see each other, so a link is built from one 1270/1330 and one 1330/1270 part, shipped and labelled as a pair.
10km covers most urban fronthaul runs, 20km and 40km cover longer routes to remote sites. We check the measured span and loss budget before recommending the grade.
Yes. The line rate covers 25G Ethernet and the 24.33Gbps CPRI options used on fronthaul ports. Tell us the host and the rate and we confirm the coding.
Yes. Commercial 0 to 70C is standard and industrial -40 to 85C versions are available for outdoor cabinets and unheated shelters.
APEX is a communication technology brand focused on optical transceivers, telecom synchronization products, and network infrastructure equipment. We provide products and engineering support for telecom operators, data centers, mobile networks, and enterprise customers worldwide.
APEX GROUP is headquartered in Hong Kong, with our core team and supply chain operations based in China. We ship to customers across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.
We are a brand owner with deep engineering partnerships. We control product design, specification, quality validation, and supply chain management. Our products are built to our specifications by qualified manufacturing partners, and we handle all testing, coding, and quality assurance before shipment.
Yes. We code transceivers to match the host platform requirements of major switch and router vendors including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HPE, Huawei, Nokia, and others. Tell us your platform model and required OS version, and we will ship modules that are recognized natively by your equipment.
Datasheets, compatibility matrices, and S-parameter reports are available for all standard products. Contact our sales team or visit the product pages on our website to request documentation.
Provide us with your switch make, model, and OS version. We code the transceiver firmware accordingly before shipment. If you are testing for the first time, we recommend ordering a sample unit to validate compatibility in your specific environment before placing a volume order.
Switch vendors occasionally introduce transceiver whitelisting in new OS releases. We track major platform updates and can provide recoded firmware matching the new OS requirements. Contact technical support if your existing APEX modules stop being recognized after a switch upgrade.
Contact our sales team by email, WhatsApp, or WeChat with your part number and quantity. We will confirm pricing, lead time, and shipping options. For first-time customers, we typically recommend starting with a sample order to validate compatibility before scaling to production volumes.
We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS for express delivery, typically 3-7 business days to most destinations. For volume orders, we also offer air freight and sea freight options. We can ship on your courier account or ours, and we handle all export documentation.
Sample orders start from 1-2 units for evaluation. For production orders, MOQ varies by product type, typically 10-50 units for standard transceivers. Contact us for specific product MOQs.
We accept wire transfer (T/T) as our standard payment method. For established customers, we can offer net-term payment arrangements. Contact our sales team to discuss payment terms.
All APEX products come with a 3-year standard warranty against manufacturing defects. We offer advance replacement for defective units, shipping the replacement before you return the failed unit to minimize downtime. For full details, visit our After-Sales Service page.
